product. CONSTROMIT is formulated by our Technical Experts
keeping in mind Adhesion, Gellation & Binding properties
required to manufacture Construction Chemicals.
CONSTROMIT is a
unique product designed in a such a manner that it gives all the
required properties like Water Retention, Thickening, Binding,
Regulation of working time, Workability ,Open time etc.
CONSTROMIT
replaces all the expensive products like H.E.C.( Hydroxy Ethyl
Cellulose ), Hydroxy Propyl Methyl Cellulose ( H.P.M.C. ) &
other related products like Starches, Redispersible Powders etc.
CONSTROMIT
has properties which gives positive effect on open Time, &
setting behaviour which results in a noticeable increase in
viscosity. When mixed with water it raises the viscosity by a
factor of several thousands.

CONSTROMIT is

CONSTROMIT is used as viscosity control agent , gelling
agent, film former, stabilizer, dispersant, Lubricant, binder,
emulsifying agents & suspending agent.
CONSTROMIT is
used in various dosage as per application & properties
required.
Recommened Dosage : 0.5 to
0.6 % by weight ( i.e. for 100 kg batch 600 grams)

Constrofix Binder is a white free flowing redispesible powder
having pH 5 - 7,used in manufacturing of construction chemicals
like tile adhesives,wall putties,etc.
CONSTRAPEL
Constrapel
is a tailor made product for water repellency & anti staining
properties in construction materials like vitrified/porcelain
tiles, gypsum boards, pavment tiles etc.
Constrapel
develops its water repellant properties by reaction with air.
Applications :
CONSTRAPEL
is used in following products for water repellent properties:
- very
effective as water repellent/ anti-staining agent for
vitrified/porcelain tiles.
- Low-fired clay products
immediately after they have been made e.g. roofing tiles.
- It is very effective for external Building walls, Brick walls
, Pavement tiles & also for building foundation.
- Aerated Concretes
- Gypsum and gypsum-based Plasterboards
Storage Stability :
Constrapel
should be stored in plastic drums.
Constrapel has a shelf life of 12 months from the date
of manufacturing.
Constrapel
should be always stored in normal
temp ( above 0°
C ) as it has a tendency to form crystals if stored in freezing
temp.
If the material is kept beyond
recommended shelf life, it is not necessarily unusable but it is
advisable to check the properties before use.
Processing :
Constrapel is ready
to use product for water repellency application in construction
industry. Constrapel is having different grades which are used
as direct spray or it can be diluted with the water as per the
final application. Like in
vitrified/porcelain tiles it can be sprayed/applied on the tile
surface immediately after the polishing application. For the
best results of the final product it should be kept for drying
for atleast 24 hrs & then the anti staining properties can be
checked.

Hydroxy Propyl Methyl Cellulose is nonionic
cellulose ether polymer. It has uncommon & valuable
composite physical & chemical properties according to
different replacement degree of replacement group &
modified degree. |

Hydroxy Propyl Methyl Cellulose is an enteric film coating or a matrix Binder in solid forms. It is used as a viscosity control agent, Gelling agent , Film former, stabilizer, dispersant, lubricant, Binder, emulsifying agent & suspending agent in many industries . |

It can dissolve in water at
any ratio, their max. Concentration depends on their
viscosity. It is nonionic polymer & hence will not act
to metal salt & ionic organic compound, complex forming
to insoluble precipitate. |

When its water solution
is heated to certain temp it will form a Gel &
after cooling the formed gel becomes a solution
again. It has a broad pH stability range ( 3-11) .
It has Thickening power. It can make clean, pure,
tough&tensile,
flexible film& has excellent oil resistance. It has excellent
bonding properties & can be used as bonding agent for pigment,
tobacco products, paper, & coating. |

It can prevent
solid particles from precipitating thus
inhibiting formation of deposition. It
has better anti-enzyme ability & has long
term viscosity stability. |

It is a protective colloid
& can prevent droplet & particles to be changed
to agglomerate state. It is also used as emulsifying agent . |
