Constrapel-400 is a tailor made product
for Anti staining properties / water repellant
properties in construction materials like man
made granites (like Vitrified tiles, Gres
Porcellanato tiles, Homogenous tiles/ technical
granite) natural granites, marbles etc.
Constrapel-400 develops its anti staining
properties by reaction with air.
Applications:
CONSTRAPEL-400 is used in following
products for anti staining / water repellent
properties:
Ø Constrapel-400 is very effective
for man made Granites like Vitrified Tiles /
Gres Porcelanato Tiles / Homogenous Tiles /
Technical Granites.
Ø Constrapel-400 is very effective
in porous natural stones like marbles &
granites.
Ø Constrapel-400 is also effective
in coatings of structures like pillars / domes /
ceilings / internal walls, etc.
Ø
Constrapel-400 is also effective
for the areas where hand marks are often leaves
stains.
Ø Constrapel-400 is very effective
anti staining agent particularly for ceramic/
vitrified tiles. 1 lit. of Constrapel-400 liquid
should cover 6000 sq feet to 7000 sq feet
depending upon the porosity of material .
Method of Application:
Ø
Constrapel-400 is very effective
anti staining cum water repelling Agent &
application should be done by brushing / with squeeze & not by spraying .It is advisable to
clean up the surface before application for
better results. It can also be applied after the
laying of tiles by similar method.
Ø It is recommended to give 2nd
application/ coat of Constrapel-400
after 6 to 8 months for longer effectivity.
Ø Constrapel-400 is very effective
for anti staining properties for cooking oil ,
Turmeric stains, Tea stains, ink stains, Blood
stains, or any other non acidic stains other
then crude oil .
Storage Stability:
Constrapel-400
should always be stored in plastic drums in
packed conditions..
Constrapel-400 should be always stored in
normal temp ( above 0° C ) as it has a tendency
to form crystals if stored in freezing temp .
Packing: Available in 40 Liters
plastic carboys.
